How do I
measure my ring size?
Take a ring that fits
your finger and place it next to a ruler, as shown below. Check
the inner diameter of the ring in millimeter. That is your ring
size.

2. Can the jewellery be shipped internationally?
Yes, the jewellery can
be couriered internationally except to several countries as
indicated under Terms and Conditions. We also cannot
courier to a P.O. Box Address.
3. Do I have to pay
for delivery charges?
No. We will take care
of shipping and insurance charges.
4. How do you deliver
the jewellery and is it safe?
For international
destinations, we use FedEX; within Malaysia, we use ABX. It is
rare, but in the event of any loss, it's all fully insured.
5. What is the price
in my currency?
Prices are quoted in
Ringgit Malaysia. Your credit card statement will reflect the
current exchange rate used by your bank.
6. How can I pay for
my purchase?
You can pay via Credit
Card, Telegraphic Transfers, Bank Draft or Cheque.
7. What if I don't
like the piece? Can I return it?
Yes, you may. We have
a 30 day money back guarantee policy. You will be refunded in
full if the condition of the jewellery is as good as when we
sent it.
8. Do I have to pay
duties and taxes for my purchases?
Yes, you do. Import
duties and taxes vary according to countries. Please refer to
our Import Duty Table under Terms and Conditions or contact your
local customs office for further details.
9. How do I pay for
duties and taxes?
FedEx Express advances
duties and taxes or GST on your behalf and you will be assessed
a surcharge in the amount of USD5.00 or 2% upon delivery.
